📦 Our Return Policy

At PULSE ATHLETICS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt.

✅ Return Conditions

To be accepted, your item must:

• Be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unmodified
• Have its original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging
• Be accompanied by your order number

⚠️ Sale items, underwear, and sports accessories are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

🔄 Exchanges

Want to change the size or color? No problem.

• Exchanges are possible within 30 days of receipt
• The replacement item is shipped upon receipt and validation of your return
• In case of a price difference, an adjustment will be offered

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective item
• Original shipping costs are not refunded

📧 How to initiate a return?

1. Send an email to contact@pulseathletics.fr with your order number and the reason for the return
2. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions
3. Ship your package to the address provided
4. Upon receipt and validation, your refund or exchange will be processed

🛡️ Defective item or error?

If you have received a damaged item or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately at contact@pulseathletics.fr with a photo. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement without delay.
